I kept checking the news over the weekend to see if the Hampton rosé shortage would make the cut.. Alas it didn’t so I can only the airways and streets were full of private jets and rescue hummers bringing emergency supplies of rosé to the needy this long weekend.

Hamptons residents cannot obtain rosé? Have they no private jets with which to transport cases of the precious liquid to their beachfront palaces? Are there suddenly no stretch Hummers available to move cases swiftly and gracefully over the Long Island Expressway?

This may be a wonderful situation for Hamptonians to discover some great Rose while they “suffer” through the lack of Ott.

Though I’m sure it will be flowing at the Hampton Classic this week as usually cause Maison, Marquis & Domaines is always a sponsor.

WineNabber found a great deal on a Rose on sale at Empire wine. It also is Wine Sepctator’s Wine of the Week. They should be able to get it delivered to the Hamptons in no time at all!
