  1. Take a screw top, I am seeing more and more wines that are to be consumed young, like many Pinots (Noir and Gris) from Oregon at $40+ price points with screw caps, I applaud them.


  2. Happiness is not having to drink Pinot Noir from Oregon (or anywhere else) that is meant “to be consumed young”.
