Why does ANYBODY care about this over talked about nonsense, what does it have to do with wine? What makes anyone think that what is served at the WH has any bearing on quality or anthing else for that matter?

Is anyone else tickled by the idea of the White House deciding to keep the wine list a state secret on the exact night they decide to invite Eric LeVine?

When I was visiting Washington DC and requested an interview with the White House chef and wine adviser I was told I could not write about their wine cellar. President Obama loves basketball and wine (besides his family). In his Chicago home I am told he has an extensive wine collection. You never see him holding a wine glass (except at state dinners). It is always a beer. Wine- elitist; beer- common folks. I guess he is listening to his political consultants. To bad. He is a Columbia College graduate, as am I.
