On the Evolution on California wine styles, we know what Robert Parker thinks, but what about Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast and the other establishments that rate wines? I myself am looking for wines that don't need to be cellared as I have so many that aren't due to be drunk after 2012 or later. Yet I don't want them to be high alcohol as I am a woman and am sensitive to the percentage of alcohol in wine. If the low alcohol wines are cellared before release the price will go up. I love white wines but when it comes to the red wines what's a girl to do?
