Thanks for the comment. I had some Ridge zins from the 70s and 80s earlier this year and they were amazing. Write-up forthcoming! 

Sadly, I doubt that their *white* zins would quite have that magic...but you never know!

		<description><![CDATA[Not ridge, (which I adore) but last week WE opened up a 1976 Clos du Val Zinfandel. It was cellared perfectly and was as near a perfect wine as I have ever had. And anyone who knows me knows I am more of an Old world wine person. That said, when a wine is made well and this one was (as are most of the wines from Ridge) it is pure pleasure]]></description>
