I would have loved to be t here to toast this wonderful person. Wine is an art form that should NOT be restricted to its access. We do not restrict porn as an art form. Then WHY do we restrict wine as an art form?

I probably should have made this more clear in the post, but wine enthusiasts could well raise a glass to the judiciary in general since that has been the best path to achieving reform. The legislative path, however, is sadly and frustratingly blocked, for the most part.

As the plaintiff in the case you generally don’t get to “thank” the judge for a decision in your favor. On behalf of Family Winemakers, and wine consumers in Massachusetts and elsewhere, we appreciate your toasting Judge Zobel and her thoughtful ruling.
