And rather amused that the first thing the Aussies did, in trying to prove that they are not a bunch of industrial scientists, was put you into a testing laboratory to examine whether or not you have a good palate :)))) Made me laugh out loud. The can't help 'emselves!! Other than that, it looks like a fantastic experience. Gem.
