Lol! But which variety of Fancy Feast?? My cat Dennis is partial to their Fish & Shrimp flavor, which I actually think might go well with just that type of wine. Oh wow. Now I'm pairing my cat's food with wine? It's been a long day.

This begs the question . . . which wine would you pair with Fancy Feast? I'm voting for a Rosado.

I appreciate Stephen Colbert as one of our greatest satirists. I consider him a modern day Jonathan Swift. Ultimately through laughter he raises people's interest, and as Laurie rightly pointed out, allows people to explore beyond the initial joke.

Wow. That was hilarious. Stephan Colbert is a genius. I especially liked the tag line at the end, "This seemed like a good idea when we were hammered on Merlot." And I nearly lost it when he sipped that water.

Interesting also to see this research making it to Comedy Central. I guarantee many viewers then googled the AAWE and then maybe ventured into the wine blogosphere to learn more about wine in general and see any other interesting research.
