I also think when you drink wine you should enjoy it and the people and the goof you are eating. I was reading an article on the blog..luxury.affluence.org and they were talking about eating healthy on the road. they mentioned wine and suggested just having a glass with dinner, something that compliments the menu selection. This may be what we have to do to stay slender and forget sugar free wine. FYI, many winemakers who sweeten their wines with cane sugar will then add potassium sorbate to the wine, to prevent refermentation. Yum...sorbates. Choose your poison.
