I also think when you drink wine you should enjoy it and the people and the goof you are eating. I was reading an article on the blog..luxury.affluence.org and they were talking about eating healthy on the road. they mentioned wine and suggested just having a glass with dinner, something that compliments the menu selection. This may be what we have to do to stay slender and forget sugar free wine.
