		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the mention, Tyler!  I think that it&#039;s interesting how few people have realized that many of their wine options have actually shrunk (and their costs increased) since the Supreme Court decided Granholm v Heald.  It&#039;s been good overall for wineries like us, but distributors have lobbied successfully to make the process sufficiently cumbersome that they largely retain their monopoly.

At least we can ship to New York now!
