		<description><![CDATA[Hey Mr Taz - So glad you were there once! Hmm, volcanic soil and oregano? Sounds like quite a tasting note! I&#039;ll have to try the wines again at some point. There was good minerality in the straight assyrtiko but not sure what minerals are in the volcanic ash...

Oana - happy to solve that mystery! I just updated the post to include a link to useful page about the winery. The site also has a tremendous amount of helpful info about Greek wines.]]></description>

But, I do remember the volcanic soil and wild oregeno that grew throughout the hills, scenting the air.  Did either of these aspects of the terroir come through in the wine?]]></description>
