They have great selection, knowledgeable, helpful staff, good prices, and, at their former location, a handsome facility. I very much look forward to visiting their new digs next week. I'll still go of course but thanks for the info so I won't get my hopes up. That's sad... the store is gorgeous from the outside but seems rather cold on the inside. Putting all wines behind bars... doesn't seem right. They do have the best website I've ever encountered when it comes to ordering wine online. Used S-L to order our company Christmas gifts to multiple destinations, and it was super-easy to do. I was shocked at how many things I asked for were "not in the store. they're in the warehouse and we can have them here tomorrow." That's not making me jump to stop in... That's what he's being paid for, right? Maybe he needs to spend less time chatting with coworkers at the register and more learning his job.
