		<description>True, saltshaker, the map is not all-inlusive. (Let's make it more so!) But Mark's point is spot on thought about the glaring gap in Chicago--difinitely an odd gap since it is a top 5 (3?) wine market in the US. I don't know of any wine bloggers, do you?</description>
