I just saw another wine movie called Bottleshock at the Maui Film Festical and it's about the blind French/American taste test that took place in the 70s. One of the dramatic climaxes in the movie (I'll try not to spoil too much) involves a process where Chardoney can turn brown once it's bottled. Does anyone know how this works or why it does this? The movie was amazing - different than sideways but with the same appreciation for for wine, and especially the innovative American spirit.....

I am looking for the name of the Frei brothers wine featured in the movie Sideways. I believe it was a red 2001 special reserve of some sort.
